What Booth keeps, and what it does not.
Booth stores the Google account you sign in with: the account id, email, name, and picture Google sends, plus whether the shop has approved you and which role you have. A customer account is tied to one company. Sessions live in the database and expire after a week.
Job records are the shop's work: show dates, booth, quote, shipment, and the notes the house writes as a crate moves. A customer login reads only that company's rows.
